Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Covington, LA is seeking a Full-Time Shift Coordinator for our residential programs. The role applies client rehabilitation strategies and ensures appropriate supervision to promote daily living tasks, recreation, and vocational pursuits.

You will implement behavioral training, model positive behavior, assist residents with ADLs, transport to activities, and handle documentation and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis.
• Assists residents in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports).
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)

We are searching for a Full -Time Shift Coordinator to work in our residential programs located in Covington, LA. A Shift Coordinator applies client rehabilitation strategies, and maintains responsibility for providing minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in tasks associated with daily living, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
