Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, collects necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Checks equipment and immediately reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Color balances fryers and maintains proper shortening levels.
• Filters and cleans fryers at designated times following safety guidelines.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs.
• Prepares and cooks all food as dictated by business needs and Manager in Charge.
• Ensures all food products meet specifications, procedures and quality standards per SOM and holding times.
