Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table, collects necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to Manager.
• Balances fryers and maintains proper shortening level.
• Filters and cleans fryers per safety guidelines.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by Manager.
• Ensures food meets specifications and holding times.
• Maintains a clean work area using clean-as-you-go practices.
• Verifies supplies are stocked at the batter area.
• Maintains organization of the cooler.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager.
