Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support administrative and operational tasks at our Columbus location. You will monitor timeclocks, assist with QA audits, and help notify staff about training deadlines, badges, and expirations.

The role requires updating logs in Excel, answering questions, and conducting daily shift briefings. Applicants should be prepared to work the swing shift and perform duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor timeclocks for late employees and relay info to appropriate Coordinator.
• Perform internal quality assurance audits.
• Assist with notifying employees of upcoming/past-due training deadlines / read-and-signs / badges or customs expirations / events / retention initiatives / etc.
• Update tracking logs via Excel / Email
• Assist with general employee questions (ex: boot reimbursement, flight benefits, refer to Employee Services when needed) / time clock punch issues
• Perform daily shift briefings with employees
• Swing shift
• Performs indoor and outdoor work assignments in all weather conditions
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
