MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew, delivering pizzas and salads with energy and a personal touch. You will model service excellence and foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued.
You will mentor frontline staff, uphold MOD standards, and drive a positive guest experience on shift. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
Compensation: $17.65 when combining hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $3.65 earned at this location!
As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.
You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
