Job summary

MOD Pizza in West Lake Hills, TX, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in making pizzas and salads with a personal touch. You will model MOD values, drive guest-focused service, and maintain a welcoming environment for every guest.

You will coach the Squad, ensure operational standards are met, and partner with the General Manager to engage the local restaurant community, promoting internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience coaching front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $19.82/hour when combining hourly wage of $14.50 and average tips of $5.32/hour earned at this location!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
