Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in California seeks a Cage Supervisor to assist the Cage Shift Manager and oversee daily cage operations. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring efficient handling of cash, chips, and customer transactions.

You will supervise two supervisors, hire and train staff, and enforce gaming regulations while delivering excellent guest service and protecting company assets.

Responsibilities

• Performs banking activities for the property, including processing of checks, coin, etc.
• Supervises overall operations of the cage personnel.
• Ensures excellent guest courtesy and satisfaction.
• Resolves disputes with guests when applicable.
• Adheres to compliance of all gaming regulations and any other governmental agencies where applicable.
• Assists in the hiring of the staff.
• Manages two subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Cage.
