Job summary

Paradox Brewery LLC is seeking a Shift Brewer/Cellar to participate in all aspects of brewing and cellar operations at our North Hudson facility. The role involves brew house, mill house, water house, transfers, yeast handling, and quality readings, with a plan to progress through cellar, filtration, and brew house duties.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a starting wage of 23 USD per hour plus experience-based adjustments, and a 50% company match health insurance plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 35–40 hours per week, with potential for more based on production.
• Forklift capability is a requirement for the role.
• Roles will start in cellar operations and progress to transfers/filtration and brew house operations with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Understand hot and cold side operations including brew house, mill house, water house, transfers, CIP’s, tanks, readings, records, and processes.
• Maintain cellar/brewhouse equipment and associated hardware."
• Operate forklift in tight spaces and maintain organization of warehouse, grain, hops and supplies.
• Ensure safety, health, and cleanliness of the work environment and participate in team meetings.
