Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking an Assembly Line Team Leader for the West Point, GA area. The role supervises the 1st & 2nd shift teams, drives production targets, and promotes a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and assembly background; OT may be necessary. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and health premium support, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Assembly experience is mandatory.
• Overtime may be necessary.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly line team and ensure production targets.
• Enforce safety policies and 5S in the work area.
• Train new employees and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with the Group Leader to resolve issues and enforce discipline.
• Monitor operations and drive process improvements.
