Job summary

GLOCK, Inc. USA in Smyrna, Georgia is seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to direct and monitor an assembly line, ensuring production targets and quality specs are met.

The successful candidate will lead line personnel, coordinate training, drive 5S and Kaizen improvements, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to ISO and safety standards. This is a 1st shift position with regular attendance and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, and time management required.
• Experience supervising assembly line workers preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/OSHA and KAIZEN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly line workers to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate training and ensure procedures comply with ISO standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Drive lean initiatives and 5S practices on the line.
• Communicate shift issues to supervisors and ensure safety.
