Job summary

ERS ELITE seeks a Production Group Leader to support second-shift Paint operations at a major manufacturing facility in West Point, Georgia. You will lead team members, oversee daily production activities, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets are met.

Candidates should have manufacturing leadership experience, preferably automotive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills; military leadership experience is considered. Onsite work in West Point is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• 1–2 years in a related production or operational area.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience.
• Ability to work onsite in West Point, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and productivity while supporting daily improvement activities.
• Direct multiple Team Leaders and their respective production zones.
• Promote first-time quality and prevent defects from advancing in the process.
• Motivate, train, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Communicate production performance, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management.
