Qualifications

• Minimum seven years related experience.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Experience with quality systems and leading ISO audits.
• Experience leading SHEQ initiatives across multiple teams and locations.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering; ISO certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization through strong leadership and employee engagement.
• Foster collaborative relationships to integrate SHEQ standards into operations and decisions.
• Implement proactive measures to reduce incidents and track safety reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain and develop sustainability programs and report environmental factors in compliance with laws.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system and lead ISO audits.
