Qualifications

• Seven+ years related experience, preferably in a sales/service organization.
• Min 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with quality systems and leading ISO audits.
• Experience leading SHEQ initiatives across multiples teams and locations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering discipline.
• Certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and 45001:2018.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization through strong leadership and employee engagement.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system.
• Lead ISO audits to measure and adhere to QMS standards and ensure certification.

You will be part of our Industrial Flow team based out of Houston, Texas reporting to the General Manager. In this role, your mission is to support sustainable profitable growth of the company, with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental targets.
