As the SHEQ Lead - Workforce Training & Compliance, you will provide senior professional leadership and assurance across Resident Services operational portfolios, with a primary focus on workforce training, competence and compliance assurance. Working under the strategic direction of the Divisional SHEQ Manager, you will act as the delegated lead for SHEQ-related training and operational compliance, supporting managers to embed safe systems of work through assurance, challenge and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for overseeing training governance arrangements, compliance monitoring, competence frameworks and workforce assurance activity, ensuring that training provision aligns with operational risk and statutory requirements.
