Worker Type: Hybrid Worker - working time will be split between your work base and working remotely in agreement with the Line Manager. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major high‑rise residential refurbishment, building safety and capital investment projects. The role will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Building Safety requirements, CDM Regulations and all relevant legislative obligations. The successful candidate will oversee programme delivery, risk management, contract administration, budget control and resident engagement, ensuring that projects achieve positive outcomes for both residents and the organisation.
