Job summary

Mercy House is seeking a Shelter Specialist to provide supportive services and logistical support for our Emergency Shelter Program on designated shifts. You will assist with shelter setup, maintain cleanliness, and conduct neighborhood patrols, with crisis intervention and trauma-informed service delivery.
