Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with CARES.
• Experience in shelter settings with high-risk families.
• Familiarity with housing vouchers and DHS/OTDA policies.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Case Managers to ensure housing resources and services per standards.
• Provide field orientation and on-the-job training to Case Managers.
• Develop service plans for housing, health, and employment needs.
• Monitor Case Managers’ work via CARES, reviews and records.
• Conduct supervision and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with social services to address client needs.
• Generate and distribute program reports and track ILP completion.
