The Shelter Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment for individuals working toward greater stability and independence.
This position provides daily supervision and direction to Residential Aide staff, supports effective shift operations, and responds to client needs and crisis situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion. Working closely with case managers and other program staff, the Shelter Supervisor helps connect clients with essential healthcare, mental health, housing, and community‑based services throughout New York State.
