Lifeline Animal Project Inc. is seeking a Pathways Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead shelter placement efforts and optimize outcomes for pets. You will coordinate placement rounds, supervise pathway and transport teams, and develop training and policy materials to improve efficiency and care.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with multiple departments, and ongoing data-driven improvement to shorten shelter stays and increase pet adoptions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate shelter placement rounds and Focus Group.
• Set placement priorities for teams.
• Oversee Pathway Programs Coordinators, Rescue Coordinators, and Transport Coordinator.
• Develop training materials – manuals, videos, etc. – to be used in foster training.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, & protocols; job descriptions; manage the program’s document inventory.
• Develop and maintain foster resources & communications across staff, volunteers, and foster caregivers.
• Provide Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
• Identify next steps for desired outcomes.
• Develop a simple rubric to determine priority and steps.
• Collaborate with Animal Care Supervisors for playgroups and enrichment.
• Identify welfare needs.
• Guide rescue coordinators on priority animals and transports; after-hours emergency rescue contact.
• Collect data to determine needs and placement options.
• Connect animals with staff to meet needs; implement technology for better communication.
• Track vehicle data and maintain fleet upkeep.
