Job summary

LifeLine Animal Project in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Pathways Manager to lead placement efforts and coordinate shelter operations. You will identify needs, set priorities, and supervise Pathway Programs Coordinators, Rescue Coordinators, and Transport Coordinator to move more pets to loving homes.

You will develop training materials, policies, and foster resources, while collaborating with teams to improve outcomes and efficiency in care, transport, and placement across the shelter.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience with shelter operations and basic computer applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shelter placement rounds and Focus Group.
• Set placement priorities for teams.
• Oversee Pathway Programs Coordinators, Rescue Coordinators, and Transport Coordinator.
• Assist in developing training materials – manuals, videos, etc. – to be used in foster training.
• Prepare and analyze departmental reports, metrics, and performance indicators to track progress.
