Qualifications

• Bachelor's in human services or related field, or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must have or gain Certification as a Peer Specialist.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances; Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of shelter guests and Drop-In Center participants.
• Engage guests in daily activities to promote independence and socialization.
• Monitor facility to ensure a clean, welcoming, and secure environment; report incidents.
