Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the five boroughs of New York City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of New York City shelter contracts and funder requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison with funders regarding compliance, reporting, and program performance.
• Oversee preparation and submission of required funder reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Plan and conduct internal compliance and QA audits, including chart reviews and site visits.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action and quality improvement plans.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff on compliance, reporting, and quality standards.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of program data and reporting tools.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
