Job summary

Illumination Health + Home is seeking a Site Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. You will enforce facility rules, assist with client needs, and ensure daily sanitation and safety across the site, including high-touch areas and common spaces.

You'll perform client intakes and discharges, conduct regular wellness checks, support meal service and transportation, and respond to urgent concerns in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client intakes and discharges, prep bed area and maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct wellness checks and monitor client safety every 2 hours.
• Sanitize high-touch areas, kitchens, and common spaces daily.
• Drive clients to appointments and maintain transportation logs.
• Respond to urgent concerns while following safety protocols.
