• Ensure rooms are orderly before/after resident arrivals and check fire safety equipment.
• Check clients in, manage intake and rosters, and handle sponsor/prepaid status.
• Distribute towels, linens and personal items; secure meds as required.
• Monitor residents for safety and compliance with house rules; monitor security systems.
