Bay Area Turning Point, Inc. in Texas seeks a Children’s Services Manager to supervise the shelter’s childcare program and ensure high‑quality services for child victims and survivors.

You will lead staff and volunteers, coordinate school enrollments and transportation, maintain records, and develop partnerships with community providers. This exempt, full‑time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year of prior childcare experience.
• Minimum of 1-year prior experience in management.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise childcare program with safety and hands-on support.
• Guide childcare staff on interpersonal behaviors with children and parents.
• Ensure policy adherence and improve childcare procedures as needed.
• Complete orientation within 72 business hours of intake for each parent/child.
• Assist with parenting resources and child development guidance.
• Monitor project outcomes and enhance services.
• Coordinate school enrollment and transportation for children.
• Maintain weekly childcare schedule and monthly activity calendar.
• Serve as CPS liaison for residential clients.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and collaboration with providers.
