Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior childcare experience.
• Minimum of 1 year prior experience in management.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or willing to obtain certification within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the childcare program to ensure safety and adequate care for children.
• Provide guidance to childcare providers on behavioral concerns and parent/volunteer engagement.
• Ensure all agency policies are followed and update childcare procedures as needed.
• Complete onboarding for new parents within 72 business hours of intake and assess parent/child needs.
• Assist with parenting resources and child development guidance.
