Job summary

360 Communities in Eagan, MN is seeking a Full Time Professional to coordinate services for families and individuals residing at the Lewis House emergency shelter. The role involves safety planning, referrals, goal setting and supporting residents 24/7 with a Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm schedule.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of experience working with victims of domestic or sexual violence; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience may substitute. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for Lewis House residents including intake, goal setting and referrals.
• Provide legal advocacy support and assistance with protective orders where needed.
• Assist residents with paperwork and accessing community resources and housing.
• Maintain data and prepare narratives for service delivery.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
