Job summary

Chromalloy Tampa is seeking an Associate Shell Production Engineer to lead the ceramic shell and dewaxing operations. You will develop robust manufacturing processes, analyze drawings, and drive improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and scrap reduction.

You will work on process ownership, troubleshooting, and documentation to support consistent production performance in a fast-paced aerospace environment at our Tampa facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 year of manufacturing or process engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and process-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering owner for ceramic shell and dewaxing operations.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes that meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules.
• Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to create and maintain process procedures.
• Develop and maintain shop instructions, standards, and process documentation to support consistent production practices.
