Chromalloy Castings Tampa seeks an Associate Shell Production Engineer to lead the ceramic shell and dewaxing processes, developing robust manufacturing methods and ensuring safety, quality and on-time production.
You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve technical challenges, optimize throughput, and reduce scrap while driving continuous improvement for aerospace components.

We’re looking for an Associate Shell Production Engineer to serve as the Process Owner for our Shell Department at Chromalloy Castings Tampa. In this role, you will lead the engineering, optimization, and continuous improvement of the ceramic shell and dewaxing processes used to manufacture complex aerospace investment castings. As the technical expert for your area, you will develop robust manufacturing processes, solve production challenges, and drive improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and scrap reduction.
