Job summary

Chromalloy Castings Tampa seeks an Associate Shell Production Engineer to lead the ceramic shell and dewaxing processes, developing robust manufacturing methods and ensuring safety, quality and on-time production.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve technical challenges, optimize throughput, and reduce scrap while driving continuous improvement for aerospace components.

Location: Tampa • Schedule: On-site

Qualifications

• Must lead engineering ownership for ceramic shell and dewaxing operations.
• Develop and optimize processes to meet customer specs, quality requirements, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Maintenance to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering owner for ceramic shell and dewaxing operations.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer specifications and production schedules.
• Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to create and maintain process procedures.
• Develop and maintain shop instructions and process documentation for consistent production practices.
