Contractors in Shelby, NC use our driver app to manage routes, photograph pickups and deliveries, log proof, and handle specimens with proper temperature controls; reliable, on-time delivery is essential.

Base pay is $100 per day with weekly bonuses ($20–$100) and a $150 sign-on, plus training bonus; full onboarding

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Run your stops using our driver app — navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required).
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
  
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

All contractor engagements require a satisfactory background check and MVR review.
