Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking independent contractor drivers for scheduled routes in our healthcare logistics network. You’ll use our driver app to manage stops, log deliveries, and ensure proper handling of specimens. A personal vehicle (2016+), valid license, active insurance, and a clean MVR are required.

This contract role pays $100 per day, with a weekly bonus up to $100 and a $150 sign-on after 30 days active with no call-offs. Saturdays are typical route days, start time around 1:03 PM.

Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems - operating across various states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running.

Total Miles: 100

Rate: $100

Weekly bonus opportunity: $20-$100

Sign-On Bonus $150

Start Time: 1:03 PM

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route - mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $20-$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app - navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in

• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off
