Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems — operating across states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running. Contractors in Shelby, NC use our driver app to manage routes, photograph pickups and deliveries, log proof, and handle specimens with proper temperature controls; reliable, on-time delivery is essential.

Base pay is $100 per day with weekly bonuses ($20–$100) and a $150 sign-on, plus training bonus; full onboarding

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Run your stops using our driver app — navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required).
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off.
