Upchurch is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to lead field execution of commercial and industrial HVAC projects from preconstruction through turnover. The HVAC Superintendent is responsible for leading the field execution of commercial and industrial HVAC projects from preconstruction through turnover. This role oversees foremen, craft labor, subcontractors, and trade coordination to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Upchurch's quality standards. The HVAC Superintendent works closely with Project Managers and field leadership to drive project success while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
