Job summary

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and optimize scheduling for demand service calls and preventive maintenance. You will manage customer accounts, open work orders, and PM tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years in HVAC with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus a valid HVAC license and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HVAC experience; minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (per Mississippi requirements).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and communication.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and service profitability.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, OSHA/EPA compliance, and proper PPE use.

Position Summary
