Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced pressroom operator for the 2nd shift in West Chatsworth, CA. You will set up (make-ready) and feed sheets on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press, and run diverse substrates—from paper to foil and plastic—while maintaining top-tier quality.

You’ll troubleshoot feeder performance, assist with scheduled maintenance, and collaborate with the press operator to meet quality and productivity goals in a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pressroom or comparable manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read/understand instructions and work independently or on a team.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.; pallet jack experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent focus on safety, quality, and throughput.

About the OpportunityStep onto our pressroom floor at 3:00 pm. You meet with the lead operator, review the job ticket, and set the feeder for a multicolor, high-speed Komori sheetfed press. You dial in make-ready, load paper, board, foil, or plastic, and start the run. Throughout the shift, you monitor sheet feeding, keep quality tight, troubleshoot any misfeeds, and lend a hand with periodic and preventive maintenance.
