Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking a Sheetfed Offset Press Technician to join our fast-paced pressroom. You will set up and operate sheetfed offset presses, perform make-ready, color matching, and on-the-fly adjustments to meet daily production goals.

You are safety-minded, detail-obsessed, and a team player with 5+ years of offset experience on Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA presses, and you will read and follow job tickets and production docs to deliver quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of running sheetfed offset presses.
• Experience with Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA presses.
• Strong color matching and calibration skills.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and production docs.
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheetfed offset presses to meet daily production goals.
• Execute make-ready, color matching, and on-the-fly adjustments.
• Audit output continually and correct issues before waste.
• Align with job tickets and schedules to keep work flowing.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance for maximum uptime.
• Escalate quality concerns promptly to limit downtime and scrap.
• Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe.
