TP Mechanical Contractors seeks a superintendent-level sheet metal/HVAC professional to oversee installation, repair, and field fabrication on commercial projects. You will read blueprints, coordinate with contractors, and lead crew while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to delegate tasks, adapt to schedules, and mentor less experienced workers toward improved performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial sheet metal/HVAC field experience.
• Stable work history.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, install and/or repair sheet metal and duct systems.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications; supervise and mentor crew.
• Maintain safety and schedule adherence on site.
• Inspect work for conformance to contract and specs.
• Attend jobsite/office meetings as required.
