Harder Mechanical Contractors seeks a Sheet Metal Project Manager in Portland, OR. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of projects within the sheet metal division, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, and strong knowledge of mechanical/plumbing systems. Travel to other regions may be required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of planning, scheduling, and executing assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project team and field labor to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage project budget and maintain client relationships.
• Understand scope, build client relationships, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee team members from engineers to superintendents and admin staff.
