• Knowledge of mechanical systems, and experience reading mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing project scope.
• Review construction drawings and compile project scope and quantities.
• Monitor field construction and ensure compliance with construction plans.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Bluebeam

Knowledge of mechanical systems

Strong time management skills

Ability to communicate with various stakeholders

Interest in LEAN construction principles

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field

3-10 years of construction management experience
