Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Sheet Metal Fabricator.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of hazards tied to cranes, fixtures, and other safety-sensitive areas.

Responsibilities

• Own safety for self and team by following PPE procedures.
• Start up, run, and shut down two primary machines to maximize quality and throughput.
• Complete daily/weekly maintenance and sign-offs to keep machines reliable.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics; lead when needed.
• Document processes to capture knowledge and accelerate training.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and problem solving.
