Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize fabrication, machining, and assembly processes on the Harrison shop floor. You will translate engineering intent into efficient production, driving DFMA and cost improvements while partnering with Engineering, Production, and Operations.

Ideal candidates bring a manufacturing mindset, strong problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to improving flow, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or Mechanical Engineering.
• Co-op plus two or more years post degree experience in Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Product Design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of CI manufacturing resources.
• Route parts and assemblies to produce product or tooling.
• Analyze production, labor, and material costs to establish routing standards.
• Interface with Engineering for clarifications and changes to reliably manufacture parts.
• Support DFMA in processing, fabrication, and assembly methods.
• Estimate future requirements by reviewing production schedules and costs.
• Learn and support fab shop programming (Laser/Plasma/Oxy, press brake).
