Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Pneumatics, PLC, Electronics.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Programs.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and research root causes.

Responsibilities

• Performs PMs based on a scheduled event and tracks results.
• Maintain facilities and grounds and manage contract services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to manufacturing employees.
• Interpret manuals, specifications, blueprints, and schematics for equipment.
• Work with production for Continuous Improvement programs.
• Follow OSHA, Arc Flash, and LO/TO procedures and updates.
• Train on proper equipment maintenance and repair.
• Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions.
• Recommend machinery and equipment improvements.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs and painting.
