• Experience with building and property maintenance; ability to read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair down equipment; perform robotic, electrical, mechanical, welding, and pneumatic tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and facility systems.
• Operate hand and power tools; order parts and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support safety procedures and lockout/tagout; be on-call and travel as needed.
