Job Title

Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer

Location

Responsibilities

The Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer is responsible for installing HVAC duct systems and related components in residential new construction homes. The installer works closely with foremen, superintendents, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The role includes helping train Sheet Metal helpers and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) or 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Own hand tools regularly used by Sheet Metal Installers
