Sobieski Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer located in York, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC duct systems and related components within residential new constructions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman or 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes is essential.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing HVAC duct systems in residential constructions.
• Work closely with foremen and construction teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Help train Sheet Metal helpers and apprentices.

Skills

Knowledge of applicable state codes

Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction

Good communication skills

Self-motivated and career-minded

Ability to work in diverse conditions

Education

Licensed as a journeyman (preferred)

3+ years of new home construction experience
