Sobieski New Homes in Georgetown, DE is hiring a full-time Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer. The role installs HVAC duct systems in single-family homes, reads plans, and coordinates with foremen and construction teams to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed journeyman preferred or 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Have own hand tools regularly used by Sheet Metal Installers.

Location - Georgetown, DE

Sobieski New Homes of Georgetown, DE is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer. The successful Sheet Metal Installer is responsible for installing HVAC duct systems and related components in residential new construction homes. This position works closely with, foremen, superintendents, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential duct systems, reading plans, and working in various stages of single-family homes, town homes, and other residential new construction projects. This person would also help train Sheet Metal helpers and apprentices.
