SHEET METAL INSTALLER – RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION

Location: Edgewood, MD

Sobieski New Homes of Edgewood, MD is hiring a full‑time Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer. The primary responsibility is installing HVAC duct systems and related components in new residential homes. The installer works closely with foremen, superintendents, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The role includes reading plans, working at various stages of single‑family and townhomes, and training sheet‑metal helpers and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in various weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Own hand tools regularly used by sheet‑metal installers
