Crete United is seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Installer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial sheet metal installation experience and be comfortable working on HVAC and mechanical systems on diverse job sites.

Responsibilities include installing ductwork per plans, reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, fabricating, and installing sheet metal components.

• Coordinate with other trades and project team members on active commercial construction sites.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment required for sheet metal installation.
• Identify and communicate potential installation issues or field changes to the appropriate supervisor.

• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.
