Job summary

Thermal Corporation, a division of Nailor Industries, seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead fabrication operations at our Rankin, Texas facility. This hands-on leadership role oversees CNC laser cutting, press brake forming, turret punch operations, and related sheet metal processes.

You will guide a team to meet production schedules, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, train operators, and collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the fabrication department, including CNC laser cutting, press brake forming, turret punch operations, and related sheet metal processes.
